Writer - Are you being taken seriously?

I was at my music class today, which I used to attend on a regular basis and still love, but I have now cut-back on attendance because I actually want to finish my current book and need more hours to myself to make it happen.

Post A Day to subscribers? Too much in my Opinion!

I love following authors - existing, present and future!  Wonderful advice is out there.



However, everyone needs their relaxation time, working time, time to carry out their daily lives.  I personally feel when I choose to follow an author, who has nonetheless amazing advice to give, there is a happy medium in the number of posts which they should give.  I also feel when they do, in fact, proffer their wisdom it will be so much more meaningful if it were to be given regularly, timeously but pl...

After National Novel Writing Month ....

The NaNoWriMo experience is really wonderful, and one I entered into in November 2011, several months after participating in a writing course through Stanford University Continuing Studies, expertly tutored by Wendy Tokunaga, entitled "So So Not Chic Lit".  The reason I chose that particular Stanford course was that I already was writing a book in the Romance Genre, and was very interested to introduce into that story, the advice offered by "So So Not Chic Lit".
