I think I do have an advantage as regards the editing of my "now created" manuscript.

In my previous `working life' an enormous amount of my PA life in the legal world, was being the instrument of the professionals' implementation of their copious and always urgent, edits.   In the process, despite the speed which was required, one cannot help but glean an enormous amount of information.

Also I was fortunate that one of my "very first experiences" in the work place, was as a junior secretary to a stockbroker and former editor of a major daily newspaper.   One gains a lot from that.

Nonetheless the artistic aspect of creating a story requires other requirements, not just the actual writing skill.  It requires reaching one's readers' interest and emotions and has been a huge learning curve for me.

I shall diligently be covering so many different aspects and be out of my "comfort zone".
